Charming hotel but loud nights
Aspen Hotel Kaleici boasts a beautiful setting in Kaleici, near Marina and numerous dining options. The staff were genuinely friendly was good.
The noise level from nearby nightclubs was quite disruptive. On weekends, it was difficult to sleep until after 3 AM due to loud music that echoed throughout the hotel.

The hotel was in an incredible location, down the hill. It was close to Mermerli Restaurant, where you can have dinner.

Great location just 200 meters from the harbour. The room was clean and comfortable despite the size. I liked the patio as well.
The breakfast could be improved. It's a pity that the gym and the sauna are available only for 4 hours everyday. I didn't like the rule that you are not allowed to bring any food or beverages from outside.

The friendly staff genuinely enhance the experience with attentive service and valuable local recommendations.
The bathroom lighting was inadequate, making it difficult to see clearly while getting ready.

Location - 3 minutes walk to the marina, private Mermerli beach and everywhere in the old town of Kaleici. Great view from Perge suite. Very helpful and friendly staff.
No toilet brush in bathroom. Silly rule about not allowing food or drink to be brought into the hotel. Breakfast isn't very exciting or varied.

The hotel was clean, the staff were absolutely amazing and positive. The room was clean with safe, air con and a super king sized bed, had the best night sleep. Exceptional service, though a few employees were rather noisy. Got all I wanted, great value.

Very welcoming staff, especially Öskun, who provided excellent assistance with our parking and room. The location in Kaleici, a historic area, was fantastic for exploring. Its proximity to nearby bars might contribute to occasional noise, and the mattresses could be improved for comfort.

The hotel is perfectly situated to explore the old town and an easy walk to the Mermerli Beach. Our suite was comfortable. The decor of the hotel is very agreeable
The pool area was small and the water was not as clean as it should have been on our last day there. We were disappointed at breakfast that there was no proper Turkish tea, only hot water adn tea bags. Tea is such an integral part of Turkish cuisine that this oversight is really a shame.
